Best-Setting Products Report: Displays Top 10 of products sold (including gift products) within the selected filter period, including the quantity sold and total revenue of each product (excluding tax and discounts). This report only applies to orders with the statuses "Finished", "Paid", and "Pending Payment".
Top Buying Customer: Top 10 customers with the highest purchase volume within the selected filter period, based on the number of orders and total order value (including tax and discounts). This report only applies to orders with the statuses "Finished", "Paid", and "Pending Payment".
Percentage = (Quantity of each product / Total Quantity ) x 100
This report summarizes and compares the sales performance of each driver within the selected time period. It helps managers evaluate driver efficiency based on the number of routes, customers, orders, and total revenue.
Total Route: Number of route schedules with the status "Finished".
Total Customer: Number of unique customers who have orders with statuses "Finished", "Paid", or "Pending Payment". Each customer is counted only once, even if they have multiple orders.
Total Order: Number of orders with statuses "Finished", "Paid", or "Pending Payment", sold by each driver.
Total Products: Total quantity of products in the orders, including gift products.
Total Revenue: Total value of orders with statuses "Finished", "Paid", or "Pending Payment".
Performance: Calculated as Total Revenue / Total Route.
This report consolidates all orders by customer within the selected reporting period, allowing users to review sales revenue, product quantities per order (including gift products), discounts, order statuses, and sales representatives for each order. The report displays all orders except those with the status "Draft".
This report provides statistics on the number of customers, orders, and total revenue by Route Plan.
None by Route: Includes route schedules that were created manually and are not associated with any Route Plan.
